Seeing as to me, this is a crazy challenge for me and I’m going to be going through a lot in the next 6 months, I decided to start a Podcast.
In these , they will be a mix of me updating on my progress, and also chatting with marathon runners and looking for advice.
I’ve called it Limp To The Finish, as that’s literally what I’ll be doing.
You can find it on Spotify, or iTunes, or your Smart Speaker even.
